Summer is here!
Our full day camp is designed for children ages 4 -12 and is offered weekly throughout most of the summer. Drop off is between 8 - 9am. Pick up is between 3 - 4pm. Our camp offers training in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There are also exciting drills to increase speed, reaction time, and improve techniques. Campers will enjoy a field trip everyday! Our camp is FUN and offers a safe environment for campers to build their self-confidence, while improving self discipline and learning effective self defense!
